As a Wayfinder Life Coach, I will work with you to help you tap into your inner guidance and discover your own internal compass and then apply that to the situations in your life.

Whatever it is that you want that can make your life better, transformational coaching can help - all by tapping into your true, authentic internal guidance system.  


This coaching philosophy is based on the four categories of human experience:

  • Circumstances

  • Thoughts (we have based on the circumstances)

  • Feelings (we feel based on the thoughts about the circumstances)

  • Behaviors (we create based on the thoughts and feelings)


The premise is that it’s not our circumstances that causes our suffering.  It's our thoughts about those circumstances, and the beliefs and the patterns that we create based on our cultural conditioning.  In a lot of cases, when we get stuck, it is the thoughts about the circumstances we will look at first.


I may blend a combination of coaching techniques with this process, including HeartMath techniques, breath work, body awareness, and/or a myriad of visualization techniques.  These sessions are meant to dive deep into discovering and listening to your inner guidance as a way to navigate and transform your current life situation.
